Yes. However, we often have male or female only flats or floors.

A £250 caution deposit must be paid when returning this signed contract. This will be refundable at the end of your stay and will cover any additional damage costs incurred during the contract duration.

Our standard room size is 3.97m x 2.14m

There is no parking at this site. However long-term parking is offered opposite the hall. For more information, please enquire at Morrisons.

Your rent covers the cost of your room all utilities (internet access, water, gas and electricity) and room contents insurance. The fees do not include the cost of TV licence in your room, which all residents have to apply for and pay separately.

Once you are ready to go ahead and sign a contract with us, we will ask for a £250.00 cautionary deposit  (refundable at the end of your contract).

You must pay your first instalment prior to -or on arrival. BACS, via credit or debit card, over the phone or in person.

It covers half-term and other academic vacation periods such as Christmas and Easter. Please contact us if you need to extend our 40 weeks contract a few days or weeks.

Alternatively, we now offer a 50 weeks contract, for those students on longer courses.

Yes, internet Wi-Fi access is available throughout the building and is provided free of charge. Our internet provider, StudentCom offers an up to 50Mbps base service with an option to upgrade to a 100Mbps service at an additional cost.

Academic term-time residents will need to bring their own bedding, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

These items are available for summer stay residents.

All the essential term-time items can be purchased before your arrival through UniKitOut who offer a wide range of products especially for students. Your pack will then be delivered to your hall before you arrive.

General cleaning is provided in communal areas, however residents are responsible for any excessive untidiness.

Your rent includes insurance with Endsleigh Insurance Services, it provides some cover for the contents inside your room. You don’t need to do anything to activate this cover, but it is important for you to check and ensure that you fully understand the protection provided and whether it is sufficient for your needs.

Less than 5 minutes’ walk

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the premises with the exception of the designated smoking areas.

Invited visitors (one guest at a time) are permitted to stay for no more than 3 nights per month.

They must be signed in at Reception.  All invited visitors will be issued with a guest pass.

Each resident may have 2 invited visitors (non-overnight) at anyone time.
